Task 2 Unit 2
In this task I've choosen the 1st year of Secondary Education, and the subject will be Physical Education.
According with the last task, we are now comparing the expected competence of the students related with the linguistic exchanges of the CEFR and the exchanges mentioned in the task 1. In my case, the students' age is between 11 and 12 years old and must have a level of A1.
In reference with the common language used in everyday lessons we can see clearly that they match perfectly, for example: greetings and farewells.
However, if we talk about the specific language in relation with the subject, in a foreign language (English), we can see the big difference between the expectations and the reality. It has nothing to do with the A1 level.
In Spain, the expected level differs too much with the reality in the linguistic competence in Englsh laguage. Maybe it is due to the little exposure to foreign languages that there is in our country.
